How do I prepare my Sheltie for a new baby in the house?? - new baby arrival coming

I have a 1.5 years old Sheltie who is very good. He barks when someone knocks on the door, but usually ends as soon as we leave the house, he's good with people and other dogs, even if it's a house full of people and children well. We also have 2 cats and has no problem with them. However, some friends recently, babies and each time have a child at home in order to scold them. He seems to be no problem with small children, can walk, but he does not like him at all if there are children everywhere. We had to put it outside or in another room where the baby any more because they simply do not trust him. The exception of a baby in a few months and we are concerned about what happens when you get home from the hospital.
Any other bee productsna through something similar? or suggestions on what you can do to prepare for the arrival of the new?
